Copper Creek Apartments

Copper Creek Apartments, a garden style conventional apartment property was purchased in partnership with The Orlean Company. At acquisition, the property consisted of a clubhouse, nine completed buildings, two buildings under construction and 5.5 acres of vacant land with room to build an additional 5 buildings. The two buildings under construction were completed in early 2019 bringing the total units to 182. The final phase of 120 units is slated to commence construction in Q4 of 2020.
